I drive through Stockton at least 3 times a week and this is my favorite place to stop for lunch. The staff is friendly, food tastes great and in my opinion is the best place to eat in town!!!

Excellent breakfast options! This place was a good bang for the buck! We all got different meals and we didn't have any leftovers. The staff was very friendly and quick to serve and get you what you needed. I'd try this place for dinner given the chance. Prices were decent & fair.

Pepitos Cafe in Fort Stockton is a great place for Mexican food. Like all of Ft Stockton, the business sits highly exposed to the sun, but, inside is cool, comfortable, and spacious. I had the relleno burrito with added beans and cheese. I recommend it! A bite of burrito with Pepitos salsa.... umm ummm good! And, a good price!

The food, atmosphere and service is great!

The taco plates are a step above! They make their own taco shells. We got one of each, beef, brisket and chicken. The brisket were our favorites. Just a wee bit greasy, but in a good way. Great place to eat in Fort Stockton!

While the food was real good, getting the waitress's attention was difficult, as she did hostess and drive through duties, as well. But, she would breeze by without a look at her tables.

Waitress never brought our table chips and salsa but went around to all the tables with Mexican clientele and served them chips and salsa. Also after receiving our food she never came back to check on us . She couldn’t do enough for the table of Mexican in the corner. If you are white be prepared to be discriminated against here.

They offer breakfast , food looks great,very good meal,portions we're good.,yajaida was my sever, she is very attentive..l no doubt spelled the name wrong.. this is a little gem of a place, I'll be back when I'm in town.

Good traditional American and Tex-Mex food. Reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly. Staff is bilingual, Spanish/English.

Traveling from Austin to El Paso . great place to stop to eat. We all ordered different orders and they were all delicious and plenty of food. Love the fries. Next time we are going by for sure we will stop by to eat or to say hi. Merry Xmas !!!!

Went there with coworkers. All three of us had mar y tierra, which we all agreed was pretty good. Salsa was good and so were the margaritas. The service was just fine too. clean. good atmosphere

I was on my way from Houston to Arizona, and I stopped along the way, their breakfast menu was outstanding and met out whole family’s high standards of Mexican food, I recommend the Mexican omelette, and big breakfast is generous portion size, HUGE drinks and coffee, great atmosphere, it was great, and the breakfast picante sauce was perfectly spicy, great way to see the motel strip of Fort Stockton.

Had a beef burrito. Really very tasty. Next time I am in town I will be back

Bland food nothing special. Service was excellent but they need to fix their kitchen exhaust because it smoked the restaurant and polluted the air.

Coffee and food was room temp and had no taste (not even salt and pepper help), one scrambled egg is $2.25. They are overpriced for flavorless food. Service could of been better.

This was one of the few places open on Sunday, and it was lovely. I had a simple quesadilla, and my husband had enchiladas, and both were tasty! The service was a little slow, but the restaurant was pretty busy. Overall, we were very pleased!

Very nice, small restaurant. Truly authentic, and just there to make good food. Organized selection of the best Mexican style dishes in their original form, no modifications (no “Americanizing”). Staff was friendly, and service was good and timely. Food was fantastic, and did have a very authentic look and flavor. Tortillas are made fresh, not the processed kind. Prices are fair, and you get a generous amount of food. Very good restaurant to eat at. Will be sure to go again next time I’m in town. Always love supporting authentic, small businesses.

Food was just ok, not impressive at all, I was saying I could make better refried beans at home. The waitresses were not wearing mask although its a requirement. We are travelers stopping by this town, hope they can be cautious during the pandemic.

First stop on our way back to home to Houston area. Don't be fooled by the exterior or size of the building. There is a reason the parking lot is full.The food was great! The service was exceptional and restaurant was clean. Highly recommend.

Ordered beef tacos. Was served chicken they were exyremely greasy. My blood sugar this morning was more than elevated by 100 points.

The food is very flavorful, can’t really complain. However, their burritos are quite small, my husband (being 6 ft and 225lbs.) eats 2.5 burritos, since they are quite small. Just as well, who doesn’t put beans or rice in their burritos? They only put whatever meat you want and that’s it. That sounds more like a taco to me. I had to request that beans and rice be added to our burritos. No sour cream, no lettuce, nothing else comes on the burritos. Other than that, the food is good. We try to stop here whenever we head to Houston and back home to El Paso.

Drove through and the food was pretty good. Big servings too. The place could use a bit of an upgrade and the restrooms were out of TP but otherwise not bad.

Very good restaurant to have delicious Mexican food. We had a very friendly and helpful waitress. Fast service, freshly prepared food, little time to wait from order to receive main courses. Really enjoyed the dinner. Would be great to have a chance to come again. Bathrooms could be improved.

My enchiladas were good but my husband found a hair on his plate the waitress just picked it up didn't even apologize nor she never returned check on us plus when they rill your cup they use the same cup instead of using a new cup

The food is fantastic. They just forgot my tortillas. A big no no. I like the mom pop atmosphere. I got the tampiqueno steak to go. It comes with a 6oz steak, cheese enchilada, rice, beans, tortillas, and roasted green chile. The steak made 2 tacos so I have the enchilada, rice, beans left over for dinner. Definitely coming back!!!!
